The WebUI of my.nextdns.io is archaic at best, and isn't user friendly.
Several glaring bug reports I've made have gone unanswered, and any recommendations I've made for features have fallen on deaf ears. I've been a long time user of NextDNS, but have grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of innovation and no support for emerging protocols.
